
What are they?
Touch Systems allow users to operate equipment or an application quickly and easily. Using either, a finger or a pen, the user presses the screen to select a particular option or function just like clicking the button of a mouse.
There are several different Touch System technologies available. Typically there are several viable solutions; it is a question of weighing up the pros and cons of each technology against the budget, application and environment in question.
