Example of TAIKOH Circuit/System:

The design of the lamp module allows for very easy assembly, the Akryl lens is removed by undoing the two securing screws which allows access to the LEDs PCB. Wires from the power supply or from another LED module in your daisy chain can be soldered onto the + and – pads on the PCB. Each module can be secured within your application either by a double sided self-adhesive sticky pad attached to the rear (supplied attached) or via two M2 screws (not supplied). If driving at 700mA to give maximum illumination the modules would need to be supplied on the lightweight aluminium heatsink shown above.

The lamp modules can be supplied in two formats:-

As individual modules with or without the constant current power supply for the customer to link up and install in their application. This method is simple and allows the customer speed and flexibility in their installation.
As an illumination system designed by the customer but assembled in the factory and supplied with the relevant constant current power supply.
