The guys at Woosim launch another new mobile printer onto the market.

With the success of Woosim’s PORTI-W40 Bluetooth and IrDA wireless printers the engineers decided that an even more compact mobile printer was needed so they shrunk the W40 and came up with the SW40. With its 3.0″ print width and superb print speed of 60mm/sec the PORTI-SW40 promises to to live up to the success of its W40 big brother.

It is truely pocket sized at only 107.5mm x 88.5mm x 45mm and weighing only 360g makes it ideal for a host of applications requiring a lightweight, compact, fast relaible wireless printer that won’t break the bank. The new SW40 fits in nicely with Woosim’s current range and ideally plugs the gap between their 2.0″ and 4.0″ versions. Features include:-

March sees the arrival of two new direct thermal printers from our partner Woosim, the S35N and the SC40N are part of Woosims portable/mobile printing range and incorporate Woosim’s trademark pocket size concept with an overal size of only 80.5mm x 113.5mm x 46mm and a weight of just 300g.

Both printers are based around the same simple clamshell design and print engine however the SC40N also incorporates a built in MSR (magnetic card reader) making it ideal as a mobile POS printer.  Common to both is the 2″ print width and a fast reliable 80mm/sec print speed, the interface options are either UART or TTL plus Bluetooth ver. 2.0.
